Behavioral Technical

It started with a phone call and then moved to an in-person meeting. They asked standard questions about my background and mechanical engineering knowledge. It was a pretty typical interview process, no major surprises. The person I met on the first day did a good job explaining the role and what I'd be doing.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and they got back to me pretty quickly, like two or three days later, and set up a phone interview. The phone interview was mostly just looking over my resume and a quick rundown of the job. Then I had an in-person interview where they went through my resume more deeply and asked me a bunch of behavioral and situational questions. There weren't any technical or engineering questions, but they did give me a tour of the place afterward.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process usually has at least two members of the team sitting down with you and asking mainly behavioral questions to get a feel for the type of problem solver you are. They are really trying to get a feel for your personality. Know your resume and have supporting anecdotes for experience because having practical experience is a plus.
