Behavioral Technical

It started with a phone call and then moved to an in-person meeting. They asked standard questions about my background and mechanical engineering knowledge. It was a pretty typical interview process, no major surprises. The person I met on the first day did a good job explaining the role and what I'd be doing.

Technical Behavioral

It was a meeting with three interviewers. They didn't ask any behavioral questions. They used a lot of engineering terms I wasn't familiar with, and I'm not sure about the daily responsibilities. The recruiters weren't very knowledgeable about modern technologies. They are looking for people with intermediate experience, not entry-level business analysts.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and they got back to me pretty quickly, like two or three days later, and set up a phone interview. The phone interview was mostly just looking over my resume and a quick rundown of the job. Then I had an in-person interview where they went through my resume more deeply and asked me a bunch of behavioral and situational questions. There weren't any technical or engineering questions, but they did give me a tour of the place afterward.

The first part was a 30 min phone call with the program manager, where we chatted about the role basics and my background. Then, I met with 4 team members for the second round, and they each asked me questions about the position. Overall, it was a good experience.
