I had 3 interviews and a technical assessment, and then waited about 3 months to hear back about my rejection. I get that internal changes and the NZ economic situation might have played a part, but as someone who made it to the end, I wish I'd gotten more direct feedback instead of such a long delay.

The interview process was smooth and systematic. Round 1: A general technical discussion about your experience, interest, and skillset. Round 2: A coding challenge sent after round 1. Round 3: A technical interview with the lead developer, mainly focusing on the coding challenge. Round 4: A general discussion with the CPTO of the company, a little bit technical but mostly your interests and goals. Round 5: I wasn't selected after Round 4. But if you are (My friend was), there will be an interview arranged with the development manager. Suggestion: There can be some improvements (Probably in round 4) in understanding the candidate. Although this round disappointed me, the rest of the rounds were really good. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. There will also probably be good growth within the organization.

it was a 3 stage process, first I had a meet and greet with Nicki Graf, the People of Cultural Manager. Then I had a technical and cognitive assessment, the technical part was a take-home exercise in Java. Lastly, I interviewed with Ashley, the Head of Cloud Architecture, and we talked about my past projects, favorite uni papers, current work, and spare time activities, and my solution to the take-home problem.
