They reached out to me after viewing my resume and I came in for an interview at their office in Bala Cynwyd. The interview process was straightforward. I felt very welcomed and was able to get to know the employees interviewing me. It seems like a great group of people to work with and they made me feel very comfortable. I applied in December but I am still waiting on a call back.

I got contacted via text messages and the process was pretty smooth and easy. But the job wasn't quite what was advertised. The recruiter mentioned I might have to go to places like Big Lots to talk to customers about products, which sounds a lot like door-to-door sales. The recruiter was pretty vague when explaining the job details. He spent a lot of time talking about how proud he was of the company and its journey. I was invited for a second interview, but I decided not to go.

I first met with the recruiter via video call, then with a manager via video call the next day. Quick and efficient turn around, and both people I met with were friendly. In the second round, the manager I spoke with was clear with me about the salary and hours.
