The first interview was a 15-minute Zoom call where I mostly talked about myself. After that, you move on to in-person interviews at the office, where you're told to dress business casual or professional. It's a busy office environment with lots of interviews happening. The in-person part is basically them seeing if you're a good fit for their team, which does direct sales for AT&T, signing people up for phone contracts on the spot. They talked a lot about growth and 'owning your own business,' which sounded a bit like a scam. The role involves building a team to sell cell phone plans and managing them to increase sales, essentially creating mini-marketing firms.

I went to what seemed like a cattle call with 5 other people. They kept shuffling people in and out during my 20-minute visit. Apparently, there isn't really a Brand Manager job. The company claims to work with big names like AT&T, Samsung, and Apple. Then they told me I'd have to sell cell phones in mall kiosks for 10 months on an entry-level salary before I could even be considered for the Brand Manager position, which I'd have to basically create myself as part of my own business. It seems like a lot of young people are getting scammed there. Definitely avoid this place.

I got an interview right after applying online. When I got to the office, I filled out a form etc. My hiring manager was great and explained everything. Only thing I didn't like was the yawning. Other than that it was okay but after reading the reviews and I realised based on my interview, he was explaining my application for sales rep (selling at events etc) and I reached out to HR but no replies AT ALL. I reached out during business hours mind you. So this was shady enough for me. I backed out in the end.

I first met with the recruiter via video call, then with a manager via video call the next day. Quick and efficient turn around, and both people I met with were friendly. In the second round, the manager I spoke with was clear with me about the salary and hours.
