I got the interview offer at a career fair. Two people liked me there and then I signed up for an interview. The next day, 3 of us interviewed together, chatted with an interviewer about open positions. Then we split into 3 rooms, each with 2 interviewers and 1 student. It lasted an hour. I thought I prepared well, but wasn't ready for an hour long interview, haha their questions were pretty specific and hard to apply generic examples to. It was super easy to talk to everyone though. I'll hear back about an offer in about a month, as we're early in their college recruiting program at my school.

So I had two interviews, each about 30 minutes. It was a behavior interview. They were really keen to hear about my past experiences and how I've dealt with challenges. The interviewers were super nice and made sure I knew I could ask them anything about the company.
