I applied through my university's career link and the P66 website. The lead recruiter for my campus interviewed me there first. They said they'd contact me within 2 weeks about an on-site interview in Bartlesville. Two weeks later, they called and scheduled the on-site interview, including dinner, in Bartlesville, OK. The on-site interview was long and tough: three 45-minute interviews back-to-back with 5-minute breaks. I was with 2 other New Hire candidates, and we rotated rooms. They gave us a tour of the facilities and Bartlesville. I got an offer call 4 days later.

I went to a career fair at my college and talked to someone there. A week and a half later I went to an info session. I found out from the info session that the recruiter I spoke to at the career fair had tried to reach me but my number didn't work. We scheduled an interview for the next day. It was a 45 minute behavioral interview, and it was pretty easy. The questions were the typical team-based ones. The interview ended with the recruiter showing me some videos about what the company is working on. About two weeks later, I was contacted about an onsite interview for the following week. They flew me out on the first day. I had a business casual dinner with two new hires and two other people interviewing. The next day, the three of us met the IT recruitment team and made small talk. Then we had three 45 minute back-to-back interviews which were just like the first one - completely behavioral, no technical questions at all. After that, we went to lunch with two other new hires, and they gave us a tour of the city and around the company's buildings. Then we met back up with the IT recruitment team, and that was the end of the day when we left to catch our flights out. I'm currently waiting to hear back from them about an offer.

They were recruiting on campus and had on-campus interviews. The interviews were questions based on the STAR method and the recruiters were very nice. I was invited for an on-site interview. There were three interviews back to back and the questions were a little more difficult.
