I did a Hirevue interview, which asked 6 questions. I remember some of them: what's your major, why p66, your three attributes, and why commodities. I think it was behavioral, no technical stuff.

The interview process began with a group interview on campus, involving two interviewers from Phillips 66 and myself. This was coordinated through my university's Career Services. Following that, I had an on-site interview at the Phillips 66 office in Bartlesville. This part included three separate one-on-one interviews. All of these interviews focused on behavioral questions, with no direct technical questions asked.
