Had two rounds of interviews in two weeks. The first was a technical interview, and the second was an HR interview. Both interviews were an hour long. The whole process was pretty smooth. The HR person was friendly.

Behavioral Technical

First, there's a phone screen with HR to check if you're actually a real person. Then, you do a 15-minute HireVue where you record video answers to set questions. I thought using HireVue for experienced engineers was insulting and degrading, and super prone to discrimination. It's sad that P66's HR is so lazy they use something like what they use to screen cashiers at Walmart. Your HireVue recording goes straight to the hiring manager, who then picks people for the in-person interviews. The in-person interview is a panel with the hiring manager and some other team members. They ask standard behavioral questions and probe your technical and soft skills. Sadly, I got a rejection email a few weeks later, even though the in-person feedback was positive. I later found out that P66 often interviews external candidates just to hire someone internally, which is what happened here. It says a lot about a company when they insult you with a HireVue, call you in for an in-person interview on a weekday, and then hire internally.

Behavioral

Applied through my university’s career portal. I got contacted for an interview shortly after the resume drop deadline passed, and the interview was on campus. It was a straightforward 30-minute behavioral interview. I interviewed today, and I expect to hear back in a couple of weeks. I think there’s a second round of interviews, possibly a phone call with the plant manager if I advance. I’ll update when I get more info.
