The interview process was quite long, involving four interviews. It started with HR, then a meeting with the direct manager of the area. After that, I had interviews with several plant managers, specifically the ones for QA, New Product and RA, and the overall Plant Manager. The final interview was with the team members I would be working with. Because of Corona, all interviews were conducted online. They gave good and accurate feedback throughout the process.

I got a call from Naukri for a face-to-face interview at Manyata Tech park. I had to wait for about 1.5 hours, but it was worth it because the company's ambiance and canteen were great. Unfortunately, the interviewer didn't seem to have a good lunch, and my face-to-face interview didn't go well. It would have been better if I knew more about selenium classes and methods. I really need to improve myself. Good luck to everyone else.

If you don't know someone there, it can be really hard to even know what's going on with your application. You usually have to talk to a few different people, and a lot of the time it seems like jobs are just given to people who already know someone in the department or at the company. Following up after the interview is often not great. If you don't get the job, they might not call you back quickly, or they might not call you at all.
