The interview process was pretty chill, not super technical or complicated like I thought it might be. It took ages to get the contract sorted though, like more than 3 months after they said they'd hire me.

Case Behavioral

Applied via a job site, and the recruiter reached out about 3 weeks later. I spoke with some team members, then did a case study, and finally interviewed with the division lead. Got the offer 1-2 business days after that last interview. While I've done case studies before, this one felt different, like my work might be stolen. The case study was huge and had a tight deadline, and honestly, it felt more like work for outside vendors.

I had a phone screen and then one onsite interview where I met with five different people. I initially got an automated rejection, but when I asked why, I was told I wasn't rejected and the role had actually changed completely.
