It was a really good experience. First, I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then another phone screen with the hiring manager. After that, there was a panel interview, followed by a day in the field. Finally, they extended an offer and I had to complete a background and drug test. This company is a great place to start a career in business-to-business sales. They offer a lot of training and skills practice. The manager was great, and people tend to stay with the company for a long time.

Behavioral Case

They really wanted to know about my long term goals and what I wanted to achieve. They liked specific examples and strategic plans more than just general talk. A lot of the interview was asking me about different scenarios and situations.
