So after I applied online and sent in my resume, the recruiter reached out and said I'd have a 30 minute phone interview with them. After that, I'd have a formal in-person interview with the Regional Area Manager (RAM). And then finally, there was a webcam or audio interview with the RAM's boss.

I applied in April and got a call from HR in June to set up a phone interview. The next day, they called again to schedule a face-to-face for the following week. This in-person interview was with a manager. I felt it went well and they said they'd get back to me with a decision. It's been 3 weeks since then and I haven't heard back from anyone, which I think is pretty unprofessional and rude, especially since they told me I'd be contacted about a decision.

I chatted on the phone with someone from HR in Philly. Super basic stuff, like my background and pay needs. Then I went to their office and met with two managers in a conference room. It was pretty chill, and they asked normal interview questions about my past work, what I liked and disliked about my last gig, and what I thought the main challenge would be if I got the job with Phly.
