This was a first round interview on Zoom. I was only asked a few questions, and it was very fast paced. I wish I had been asked more questions to properly show my skills and qualities.

First, there was an application with a video, a motivational letter, and a CV. The second stage was an in-person interview with other potential employees where we did a team-building activity. We all sat at a big table and talked and introduced ourselves. It seemed like they were interested in understanding group dynamics and how we would work as competitors. At the same time, it was important to show respect for each other and collaborate, even though there was only one position available. The third stage was another in-person interview.

As a sport management major, I applied to the Philadelphia 76ers Sales Team some months back hoping to start my career in a professional basketball team. I unfortunately didn't advance beyond the second round, but the interview experience was really valuable. The initial interview is conducted over the phone, and the second takes place over Skype (if you're still in school) with a couple of recruiters.
