The interview process was split into two parts. The first part included some basic tests. The people who interviewed me were really nice, and there was no aggression or trick questions. It felt like a genuine conversation where they wanted to get to know me well. It was a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to talk openly.

After applying online, the office assistant reached out to set up an in-person interview. My first chat was with the Media Director, followed by interviews with two Media Supervisors from the team I was applying to. The director asked a lot of questions about my background and what I'm looking for now. The supervisors focused more on whether I'd be a good fit and shared details about their own roles, plus answered my questions. The whole thing went really well, and I heard from HR in NY within a week with an offer.

The HR team was really organized and professional. But after that, things got a bit inconsistent. I won't share details, but some interactions weren't what I expected from a company this size. I actually got a better offer from somewhere else before PHD made me an official offer. After I withdrew my application, the hiring team (not HR) responded in a way that felt pretty intense. I hope they use this as a chance to review their hiring process. More consistency and professionalism would help keep the good impression HR made.
