Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PHD Worldwide.
Analyst
I had 3 interviews that lasted 30 minutes each. They were all pleasant and relaxed, mostly conversations about my resume and past experience, and a discussion about the role and what it would entail. Be ready to talk about all experiences on your resume and come prepared with thoughtful questions for the interviewers. They want to see you understand the media industry and are passionate about working in it and being devoted to PhD.
- If financial gain or employment were not factors, what would you dedicate your time to?
- Which college course did you find most enjoyable?
- Regarding your college studies, which class provided you with the most significant learning experience?
Analyst
It was a 3-round interview process. First there was a phone screening. Then, I had a second round where I met with three senior managers. They were all really nice and helpful, answering any questions I had about the job. We reviewed my resume and discussed my background and how I'm passionate about the industry and the company.
- Can you tell me about your marketing experience?
Analyst
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. The first step was a phone interview to go over the job and my background. After that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. It was a pretty chill and casual chat at their office.
- Can you walk me through your background?
