First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PharMerica.
Pharmacy Technician
The interview process was straightforward, with questions focused on how well I'd do in the role. It included a phone call and an in-person meeting where I got to see the workspace and meet the team I'd be joining.
- What are your salary expectations?
Pharmacist
Applied online, got a call the next day for an interview. Had to wait about 25 mins, then they noticed me. Interviewed by the Director of Pharmacy and a Support person.
- Can you tell me why you are looking to leave your current position?
- Do you find that you can work effectively in a fast-paced setting?
- Are you available to work weekends, holidays, and any shift schedule?
Pharmacist
The interview started with me completing a paper application despite having already submitted one online with my resume, which felt like a waste of time. Although I thought the job was a good match for my skills, I didn't feel my interview performance was my best, and I was disappointed with myself afterward. I'm also very disappointed with Pharmerica because I sent a thank you email to the interviewer, but I haven't heard anything back about the interview's outcome. It's been three weeks, so I assume I didn't get the job, but I believe it's basic courtesy to inform candidates who were not selected. I spent three hours driving there, interviewing, and driving back.
