Industrial Placement Student
So for the interview process, it was broken down into 2 stages. First, there was a phone interview. Then, the second stage was an assessment center, which included a tour of the 2 labs and the GMP manufacturing area. This assessment center had both technical and behavioral questions.

I applied online and had an online teams interview where they asked about my general motivations. Then, I had an in-person visit which included a tour of the labs, meeting the team, and a technical interview along with a CV interview. There was one other candidate present during the in-person interview.

Placement Student
The interview was pretty simple and quick. I started with a short video interview where I answered 3 questions. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview. The on-site part covered the usual stuff like my background, education, and skills. I got the offer in just a few days, which was way faster than other companies.
