The interview process has several rounds and is quite thorough. They are looking for potential and want to see demonstrated skills. They emphasize hiring from target schools, though that wasn't my experience. I gained great knowledge from colleagues.

First, there was a really cool AI interview, kind of like HireVue but you only get one shot to answer right away. It felt like talking to a real person and asked follow-up questions. Then, a couple short interviews with members of my potential team, with a mix of behavioral and some easy technical questions.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with an initial screening, followed by a HireVue virtual interview. There was a second round after that. I didn't get very far, but it was a decent experience overall. For the HireVue part, you get two tries for each question. The difficulty was decent, though some questions were a bit strange.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you describe your technology experience?
  • Tell me about a time you used technology to solve a problem.
