They ask if you have prior work experience or if you're fresh out of college. When they ask 'tell me about yourself,' make sure to talk about professional situations! They aren't looking to know your personality, but rather how you handle yourself professionally. For example, you could say, 'I've been in customer service for over eight years, and I love working with a team to solve problems and help customers. The best reward is a 'thank you!' from a customer I've helped. I always aim to find the best resolution for the customer, even if it's inconvenient for me.' This way, you're still talking about yourself, but in a business context! If they ask about your strengths, don't just say something generic like 'I'm good with numbers.' Be specific to the job and elaborate slightly. You could say, 'I find I do my best work when math is involved. It's very satisfying to know I'm contributing to xyz using the skills I learned in college,' or 'I think my biggest strength is being a great leader. I've always naturally taken the lead in trends or group projects. I enjoy it when others come to me with problems to solve.' When asked about weaknesses, don't be completely honest. For instance, don't say 'I'm bad at responding to inquiries.' Instead, explain that when you first started college, you struggled with planning classes, due dates, and free time. You found you spent too much time on things like writing essays and big projects too early, which made you rush smaller projects. Nowadays, you remind yourself to slow down and review everything carefully. Be truthful about a struggle, but explain what you're actively doing to overcome it! They'll probably also ask why you want to work for the company. A good answer is, 'Because your employees rate your company highly for benefits, job satisfaction, and overall company perception.' It's good to apply to jobs where this is true, and thankfully, it's true for this company too! Let us know how it goes! From what I've seen, they seem like an amazing company to work for. If you've reached the third round, it means they really like you! Good luck!

It was a 4-stage process. First, a 10-min phone interview with behavioural questions, asking about my knowledge of Pfizer and their products. Then, an online assessment testing aptitude skills like numerical, verbal reasoning, and sequences. After that, a group assessment where we were given a scenario and had to decide on next steps as a group, to show leadership, teamwork, and communication. The advice was to speak up and put myself forward. Finally, a face-to-face interview with both the hiring and line managers, focusing on behavioural questions related to Pfizer's core values.
