It was a smooth and quick interview process. I got to meet many people at the company. The whole thing felt professional and they were flexible too. The questions they asked were situational and relevant to being a sales rep. I really liked the company culture and the people I met.

We had 3 interviews, it was a pretty good process. The interviewers were friendly but they were fair. The interview experience was reflective of what it's like to work at Pfizer. There's a lot of focus on DEI initiatives there, and that's been the case for over 20 years. That's something to consider if you plan to work there for more than a couple of years.
