First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pfizer.
QA Specialist
The hiring team reached out with an interview invitation about two weeks after I applied. The interview was conducted virtually and involved two interviewers who were both really friendly and made me feel comfortable. After I got the offer, they gave me a specific date for onboarding, as they have a group onboarding process.
- How would you approach learning our systems and processes?
Quality Control
I spoke with about 3 individuals and went through 2 formal interviews, only for them to ignore me for months. They eventually emailed me, stating they decided not to proceed with building the new site in Sanford, even though the interviewer had made it sound like it was nearly done. It felt like a complete waste of my time, and I'm not keen on doing another interview for a different role at another location. It's frustrating to go through multiple interviews when I could be focusing on other job opportunities.
- Can you share an instance where you dealt with a challenging individual and how you resolved the situation?
QA Lead
Getting to the site and finding parking was easy. First, there was a laid-back, competency-based role-play, followed by a tough but honest interview.
- Can you explain how your current job relates to this position?
