It was a mix of technical and behavioural questions. They were really kind and there were the directors and employees asking questions. Started off by introducing themselves then asked questions for 30mins and gave 15mins for me to ask questions.

First, HR will call to set up an interview, asking for basic details. Then, there will be a web-based interview focusing on job responsibilities with examples. The second round will be with another panel. If selected, you'll have a salary discussion with HR.

Behavioral

I applied for this HR role on the company website and heard back about 2 weeks later with an invitation for an on-site interview. I went to their office 3 weeks after that for the interview with the Recruiter. The recruiter was nice and asked a lot about my past work experience, but seemed unsure about the specifics of this new role. The interview lasted about an hour, and I was told I'd hear back the following week. That didn't happen, and when I followed up via email, I was told there was no update on the next steps. It's been over 3 weeks since the interview with no response, so I'm considering it a silent rejection. It felt disrespectful, especially coming to their office in the cold.
