The interview process was great. They really focus on your personality and are very open and optimistic. They want to see if you're a good fit for the team, so you have to put your best foot forward and act with ethics.

First, I got an email with a questionnaire to fill out, asking things like 'what do you know about Pfizer?' Right after, I also got a personality survey. I mostly picked logical answers. The next day, I got an invite for a supervised psychologic assessment, which had lots of practice questions available online and was pretty easy. On the same day I finished that, I was emailed about a group exercise where I had to pick a time slot. For that, I'd suggest taking the lead, maybe by introducing yourself first or offering to be the timekeeper. Make sure to share your opinions a few times, react to others, and be memorable, a leader, and responsive. About two weeks later, HR called me to set up a 1-hour panel interview with the hiring managers. Even though I haven't gotten a rejection, I'm assuming I didn't get it because HR has been radio silent for five weeks, ignoring my follow-up email even though the hiring managers said a decision would be made in two weeks. It's unprofessional, but I've already accepted another graduate program offer.

About 2 weeks after applying, Pfizer got in touch. They sent me an online supervised assessment with 3 sections, each lasting 9 minutes. There were practice questions beforehand. Section 1 was numerical reasoning, involving calculations and graph interpretation. No calculator was allowed, but the math wasn't too hard. I could use paper and pen. Section 2 was verbal reasoning, with 4 short paragraphs and questions asking if a statement was true, false, or couldn't be determined. The final section involved diagrams, where I had to match a given example to the most logically similar option from a set. Alongside the assessment, I had to complete two questionnaires within 48 hours of getting the email. Each took about 15-20 minutes. The first was a workplace behavior questionnaire, presenting scenarios where I had to pick my two most likely reactions. The second was a personality assessment, with paired choices where I selected my preference.
