So I interviewed for their Pfizer Futures internship program, specifically for the Global Commercial Analytics internship. The interview had only one round after a digital hirevue, and it was all behavioral. They might have changed the format since though.

Behavioral Other

I had a really disappointing time interviewing for Pfizer’s M&A summer internship. The people interviewing me seemed unfriendly and not really into it, like it was a chore for them instead of a chance to get to know each other. They didn't try to make me feel comfortable or connect with me personally, and it just felt cold and business-like the whole time. This was pretty surprising and concerning because Pfizer is a healthcare company, and you'd think empathy, curiosity, and connecting with people would be important. The lack of basic engagement made it hard to get excited about the job or the team, and it just gave a bad impression of the whole candidate experience.

I applied for the Global Medical Affairs Summer Internship at Pfizer. The interview was conducted by a panel and focused primarily on my resume, including my relevant experiences, interest in the role, and motivation for applying to Pfizer. There were minimal behavioral questions.
