The hiring process was pretty straightforward. It started with interviews with 3 different people, each asking questions about my personal goals and accomplishments. I think they did this to see how I'd handle different people and situations. I also asked them questions to figure out what kind of interviewer they were. Asking good questions, like 'What traits do you think are crucial for success professionally?', showed I wanted to learn and probably helped me get the job. It's basically what you'd expect for an intern or co-op role. If you can show your value as a person and a worker, you'll likely get the offer, regardless of your GPA or experience. But if you don't get it, don't sweat it, sometimes things just don't work out.
