Got a LinkedIn message from a recruiter to start. First, I talked with the Hiring Manager. Then, I had a full day of 5 separate 45-minute interviews with different stakeholders. Things seemed to go well, and the recruiter let me know I had 3 more interviews, totaling about 3 hours. After that, I waited for a decision but heard nothing. All the interviewers were polite. A month later, the recruiter called to say they hired someone internally. It's disappointing to invest so much time when they're considering internal candidates, and the lack of communication after the interviews was frustrating. Worst experience ever.

Behavioral Presentation

Applying here is not for those needing a job fast, as it took me about two months to get a call back after applying multiple times. The first interview was really laid back and I felt good about it, but I didn't hear back for nearly a week. I called the store manager who said the role wasn't available due to restructuring. I then applied to another location and got an interview about a week later. Turns out the manager I interviewed with before was there. My second interview was with her presentation manager and was more standard, but not hard. I got an offer for $13/hour the next day, which makes sense given they said they had a 'beyond urgent need'.

Behavioral Case

First you gotta fill out an application online. If they contact you, the store manager will interview you. Then you'll have your second interview with the district manager. They'll ask you about your strengths and weaknesses and then give you scenarios to see what solutions you come up with.
