The interview process was pretty solid with the usual questions. I talked to the direct managers for the role. After the interview, one of the interviewers walked me out. I think I might have failed a final test because I was distracted by the person walking me out. I'm usually very attentive, but on our way out, I noticed some trash on the floor that wasn't there when we walked in. He specifically pointed it out, picked it up (which I didn't see initially), and threw it away. I'm pretty sure this affected my final test.

I applied online and had to react to a bunch of statements like "I get along well with others" from "Strongly Disagree" to "Strongly Agree." About a week or two later, I got an email to do another online assessment that tested personality and basic math. Then, I had two phone interviews and at least three in-person interviews. The interviewers were pretty inexperienced, and the questions were mostly easy. The whole process took about two months.
