I started by applying online, then had a phone interview with a recruiter. About a week later, I was notified about an interview with future managers in a panel style. After that, I had another recruiter interview where they asked for my opinions on the managers, and then I received a phone call with an offer.

I initially attended a job fair in October 2016 and submitted my resume. I then applied online as instructed but didn't hear back. After contacting corporate, I was told it could take up to 60 days. I never received a response. During the next job fair around January 2017, I revisited their booth and explained my situation. They indicated this was unusual and provided me with a direct email to arrange a phone interview, which was scheduled within two weeks. The interview seemed to go well, and I was told I'd be contacted within two weeks. However, I was never contacted, so I sent two emails to the interviewer without any response. Despite the poor treatment, they seemed like a great company to work for. Fortunately, I secured another internship that has been a much better experience.
