I had a 30-minute phone call with the recruiter first. After that, they sent my info to the hiring manager and I had a 30-minute Teams interview. I didn't pass that part, but they mentioned that if I had, the next step would have been an in-person interview with a panel.

I sent in my application online. After a few weeks, they sent me a link to an online interview. I had to record myself answering questions. I didn't get to talk to anyone live. A few months later, I heard back and they said I wasn't selected.

I applied in December and got an HR screening call in February, which was also an on-site interview. I met with two managers, a coworker, and HR. Everyone was friendly and they stressed work/life balance. I got the offer within a week and was supposed to start in two weeks. Before the layoffs, people were worried about their jobs, but HR assured me I'd be fine. I took the offer as a stepping stone.
