You start by calling to express your interest, and they'll interview you pretty quickly after that. Then you come in, and usually the manager or assistant manager asks you basic animal care questions and about your customer service experience. Overall, it's a pretty easy interview process.

It was a straightforward interview process. I had an initial chat with the Pet Hotel manager, and then a second interview with the store manager. It was good that they each focused on different aspects in their questions. I got the job offer and had to pass a drug test. My first day is tomorrow!
