Behavioral

The interview was easy and involved simple questions about teamwork, problem solving, and previous experience. They also asked 'what would you do in... situation' questions. It was a one on one interview, which I find easier than facing multiple people.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was pretty easy and to the point. It started with an online interview and then an in-person one at the main office in Handforth. Pets seems like a good place to work if you want to stay busy and learn new things.

Behavioral Technical

You get a store tour with the manager and learn how things work. Then, you get hands-on experience on the shop floor with an employee, putting out stock. After that, you work on the tills with a colleague, serving customers and helping them to their cars if they have too many items. Finally, you have a one-on-one with the manager where they ask you a few questions about yourself and the job. It was a really nice and relaxed experience, I felt very welcome.
