The interview process is divided into several stages. It begins with a knowledge test covering Portuguese and mathematics. Following that, there's an evaluation of your behavioral profile, with the expectations clearly outlined in the official notice. Next, you'll participate in a video interview where you'll be recorded answering questions from a pre-recorded speaker within a time limit, requiring immediate responses without pauses. The fourth stage involves a group dynamic activity. Finally, there will be a casual chat with the leadership team, leading to a potential job offer.

The interview was online and had several stages: a multiple-choice test on different knowledge areas (math, Portuguese, current events...), then I had to record a video also answering some questions. There were more phases but I wasn't selected. I have nothing to complain about, the competition is very high, everyone wants to work at Petrobras, I hope one day I can.
