The hiring process was quite slow and inefficient. I applied and completed online tests (Portuguese, Logical Reasoning, and General Knowledge) back in June. Towards the end of July, I was invited for the second stage, which was an interview with the manager and the team I would be working with. The interview was relaxed, with easy questions, and the atmosphere was informal. However, this can differ across departments; some friends had to write an essay and take a small test, as each department has its own evaluation methods. After that, it took them 40 days to give feedback, and they called me for medical exams. Ten days after the exams, they contacted me to start the hiring process, which involved submitting documents and signing the contract, taking another month. So, the whole thing took 5 months.

The interview process involved only a group activity, with no one-on-one interviews, just a video interview. The questions were quite extensive and complex. The group activity itself was very long, with several stages. Overall, it wasn't very difficult, just time-consuming. We didn't have any contact with managers, only HR. The entire selection process felt very impersonal.

The selection process was pretty straightforward, not too difficult, with two parts. One part was in the company's administrative area and the other was at the refinery. There were two training sessions, one to get acquainted with the environment and the other for working at the refinery.
