This was a lengthy interview process, but it was very rewarding. It involved subjective questions about my interest in working at the company, my professional qualifications, the area I want to work in, and my commute time. Overall, it was a worthwhile experience despite taking a while.

The hiring process is unnecessarily long and assesses a series of characteristics that are not necessary for all areas of expertise. After this, you are classified on a list and receive emails calling you for interviews. When you get there, they only know our name and the university we are from. They don't even know the course! And it's a random system, meaning we are selected for sections that have nothing to do with our area. After the interview does not result in a hiring, due to incompatibility of areas, you go back to the queue and are called for the next section that requires an intern. Which again might have nothing to do with your area. And you stay in this almost eternal loop, when all the necessary information for a pre-selection is already registered in the system.
