I put in my application online and then got a call about a week later for a first chat. The recruiter didn't seem super into it and didn't really do a good job of hyping up PetDesk or how they do remote work. By the end of the call, I wasn't really feeling it much, even if I got moved on.

The interview process was structured and gave me a good sense of the role. I especially liked that I met with multiple people from different parts of the team, which made it easier to understand the culture and how the role fits into the bigger picture. The questions were relevant, and the interviewers were engaged, not just going through a checklist.

It was a 3 round interview process. The final round was 3 hours long. It felt like a lot of repeating the same answer multiple times, and while the interviewers were very friendly, it felt like the process was a bit dragged out.
