It was a 3 part process including a background check and in person interviews. If you were offered the job, there would be in person training. The role was work from home, but most of the time you're out in the field doing the work. The training lasted 2 months. The process was helpful for getting used to the job, and all the training was good. It was a good place to start a career in the professional field.

The interview was really relaxed. The person interviewing me wasn't a super experienced interviewer but tried her best. She was nice and professional, just seemed a bit unsure, which is understandable since she was probably new to it. No real issues though, and it wasn't HR. It seemed like someone who actually does the job was interviewing me.

The first interview was a phone call where they went over some scenario questions and then asked if I had any questions. They asked about past work scenarios and how I handled them. The second interview was a video call, similar to the first, covering scenario questions and asking about my past work handling them. They also asked if I had any questions. The third interview was also a phone call, again focusing on scenario questions related to past work experiences and how I dealt with them, with time for my questions.
