The first interview was a quick screen to check if you have good credit, a vehicle that's 0-5 years old, an SUV with leather seats. Then, the second interview is 1:1 with the Recruiter. They give you all the requirements and company info at the front desk. You need to know your selling technique, how you close deals, and what your income was for the past 5 years. They also ask where you see yourself in 5 years and your strengths and weaknesses. The recruiter didn't make good eye contact and was writing a lot. The front desk area is nice, but once you go past the doors for the interview, it's just empty halls and offices.

Behavioral Other

This interview felt way too formal. It's a personality-driven business, not like the military. The HR folks seemed to have zero personality, very robotic which is the opposite of how a salesperson should be. I didn't get the vibe that many people were happy there.
