I just had one phone interview for this internship. They asked standard questions, including stuff about my studies and some behavioral questions about group work and handling challenges. It wasn't too intense, and the interviewer was pretty friendly. One thing was that they didn't give much feedback during the questions, so I had to decide when to stop talking. They did leave pauses in case I wanted to say more, which made it a bit nerve-wracking because I felt tempted to fill the silence.
