First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Perrigo.
Integrated Supply Planner
I interviewed with Perrigo for the Integrated Supply Planner role. It was a team-based interview process. First, I spoke with HR, and then the second interview was with the manager. The interview process was pretty standard. They were good interviews, even though I didn't get an offer in the end.
- When you received a promotion, what distinguished you from others?
- How did you handle a crisis situation?
- What are your methods for analyzing customer needs?
Scientific Affairs Specialist
A person from HR reached out to me to schedule a screening call, which I completed. The initial interview felt impersonal and the questions asked were in a tone that I perceived as condescending, which flattened my confidence. If only they had asked about my skills and abilities!
- Could you tell me the reason for leaving your previous employment?
QC Analyst
Applied online and a recruiter got back to me about two weeks later for a 30-minute Teams interview with some team members. That went well and they invited me for an onsite visit. I had a lab tour, an IT Excel data entry test, and a practical exercise where I had to prepare a sodium citrate solution and perform a serial dilution. Afterwards, I had an hour-long chat with team leaders. It was great, they were very nice.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Marketing Intern
They asked normal questions to see my knowledge about the field and my expectations for the role. They also gave infos about the compensation for the 12-month internship. They told the candidates they would reply with an answer, whether positive or negative. I never received a call or an email rejecting me for the role.
