I talked to the Regional Manager for about 40 minutes first. Then, the General Manager interviewed me for about 25 minutes. They asked me typical interview questions, finishing with 'why should we hire you?'. I also got to ask them questions. They talked a lot about training and all the policies, even for things like bussing tables. They also stressed how important family life is.

I came in with my resume and talked to the General Manager for about 15 minutes. Then he called me a week later to set up the interview. He and I talked for 45 minutes about my qualifications and work history. Then we set up another interview with the Regional Manager. He and I talked for another 45 minutes. After that, I waited for a call from the HR Manager. We talked for half an hour. After that, I had to come in for a 2-hour shift to see if I'd like it. Then I got an email with an offer letter.
