It was a really nice and considerate process overall. I felt like the assessment was pretty fair and they really took a lot of different things into account carefully. The interviewers were great and gave good feedback.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

My process consisted of 7 interviews in total. First one is a HR filter with smooth discussion about your interests to validate if you fit TP's needs. Then comes an interview with your future manager, playing a sales role and validating your sales skills as well as language mastery regarding the market you will be addressing. If everything goes well then you should continue through an interview with VP of Sales as well as Chief Commercial Officer in order to validate your fit in terms of enterprise culture. Overall really smooth process and always informed about the next steps in a clear and comprehensive way.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process kicks off with a quick initial call to get a feel for the candidate. If that goes well, you'll move on to a video call with the head of HR for a more in-depth interview. Passing that screening leads to an in-person interview at the office (they'll fly you in even if you live far away) as the final step before a decision is made.
