First, send over your CV. Then, you'll have a meeting with a Talent Acquisition agent. After that, there's a "Culture" check with someone from the team. Next, you'll meet with the team leader. Finally, you'll meet with the TA agent again for the results and to discuss salary.

Customer Service Representative
It was a pretty long process with three interviews. The first one was on Google Meet, and then the next two were in person. The second interview included an assessment. The first interview was mostly a general chat about my background, and the third one was with the manager or someone else from the team.
- What are your goals for future career progression?
Customer Care Manager
This was a lengthy but positive interview process. I met with multiple people I would be working with if hired. They focused on ensuring I was a cultural fit and that I liked the environment. They also explained the tasks involved in the role to manage expectations, which was great. The entire experience felt very open and honest.
- Could you tell me why you're interested in TravelPerk?
- What makes you want to pursue this specific role?
