A recruiter reached out to me. I had a phone interview with HR, and then a technical interview. You'll be asked questions about your resume and the projects you've worked on. The technical interview will focus on your preferred programming language.

So far I've had one of two phone screens, and it was pretty short. They mainly asked about how confident I am in my studies and my interest in learning on my own. I did some digging on the company, and I know the next interview will be technical, focusing on a programming language I pick. I think Java is the way to go after checking out their site.

The interview was about 20 minutes long and focused entirely on core Java concepts. If you know Java and OOP really well, you should be able to pass this easily. The interviewer gave me plenty of time to think and answer, which was encouraging and a good experience.
