We came to my university for recruiting and had the first round of interviews right there. It was a one-on-one interview after a company presentation the day before. Then I got selected for the second round of interviews, and I was flown to a hotel in Arizona. Lots of their different branch managers from across the country were there. I did a presentation about myself and then went through a round robin interview process the next day.

The company recruiter and regional manager visited our college campus for an informational session about PCG and then interviewed students. The interview lasted about an hour and was with both the recruiter and the regional manager. It was a low-pressure environment, and they made me feel comfortable. They shared a good amount of information about the company. I was invited to the next round of interviews in Arizona but declined.
