Events Coordinator
The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was a phone screener, and the subsequent two rounds were conducted via video conference. The scheduling was efficient, leading to a swift overall process. Everyone involved was very pleasant.
- Is travel a possibility for this position?
University Recruiter
Had a 15 minute phone screen with a Corporate Recruiter. Honestly, the recruiter wasn't the best. They talked about what was next but then just never got back to me. Got ghosted after that initial phone screen.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- Could you walk me through your previous work experience?
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with our company?
Service Desk Analyst
It was two interviews with 4 people, very friendly but asked specific questions. They brought you in, introduced you to the supervisors of 3 different departments, and the manager was there too. They asked questions about your last job and why you wanted to leave. You then had to go in for a second interview where they asked more questions, had you take a written test, and then go to someone in the company having an issue, and you have to resolve the issue for them in a timely manner.
- Can you share an instance where you dealt with an unhappy customer and describe how you managed it?
Project Engineer
The company recruiter and regional manager visited our college campus for an informational session about PCG and then interviewed students. The interview lasted about an hour and was with both the recruiter and the regional manager. It was a low-pressure environment, and they made me feel comfortable. They shared a good amount of information about the company. I was invited to the next round of interviews in Arizona but declined.
- What motivates you to want to work for this particular company?
