I got a recruiter call in mid-August 2020. They mentioned upcoming projects in September and scheduled interviews. The whole process took about two weeks, including technical and managerial rounds. I was told everything went well, but then it took me over two months and about 15-20 follow-ups to get an update. Each time, I heard a different excuse about project confirmation, client discussions, or start dates, but an offer never materialized. It felt unprofessional and like a scam. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.
