There were 4 filters, and each one took over a week to get a response. After the last filter, the recruiter gave me positive feedback and asked for additional details. After that, they never contacted me again, even though they said I should expect an offer letter. This left me with a sour experience about what to expect from a place that doesn't respect people participating in their process.

The interview process was great from the start. It was well-organized. First, I had a quick and nice phone screen with a recruiter who knew a lot. Then, I had several deep interviews with different team members and the hiring manager. They were all professional, easy to talk to, and really interested in my skills and what I've done.

The hiring process had 2 stages. First was a technical interview, then a managerial one. The technical interview was pretty basic, covering topics like Hibernate, Spring Boot, MySQL, and Core Java. The managerial round involved a high-level discussion about a project. Both interviews went well. It took HR two weeks to set up the technical interview. After the process, they ghosted me, not providing any feedback or responding to emails or calls. It's unprofessional to interview candidates if you're not sure about hiring them.
