Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Perficient.
Technical Architect
The interview process had three rounds. Round 1 was supposed to be on Dec 16, 2024, but nobody showed up. I waited, emailed HR, and they rescheduled for Dec 19, 2024. Round 2 happened on Dec 21, 2024, and I passed it. Round 3 was the final one on Dec 23, 2024. After that, they just stopped communicating. I followed up after Christmas, but HR never got back to me. The recruiter eventually said the role was filled internally. I'm really disappointed; I spent two weeks and got ghosted instead of a rejection. It's frustrating not to get any professional communication.
- Tell me about your understanding of React's philosophy.
- Can you discuss your experience with React projects?
Technical Architect
Terrible interview process, it had 2 online tech rounds, then a face-to-face tech round, and finally a client interview. What's wild is that after discussing the offer, they do the client interview, and the client from China ends it in 5 minutes even after clearing 3 rounds. They talk about salary, say they'll send the offer, and then reject you. Seriously, don't join this company, it's super risky.
- What questions do you have about Snowflake, Dbt, and Sql?
Technical Architect
The interview process was professional and very thorough. It involved multiple rounds, from Senior to VP level, I think. They asked all the right questions and were very responsive. There were project-related, technical, and domain-based questions.
- Questions about your projects.
- Questions about your technical skills.
- Questions about the domain.
