Coding Technical

The first interview is a phone call. The recruiter will talk about the Campus Program, salary, compensation, and unlimited PTO (which is really just 2 weeks off during breaks). If you pass this, you'll get an online assessment (OA) with 3 questions that takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The first two questions are pretty easy to medium on LeetCode, but the last one is medium. I didn't pass the last one. If you pass the OA, you move to the next round.

Behavioral Technical

It was a 2-3 round process. The first round was to get to know you and understand why you chose Perficient. Then there was a technical interview to talk about your background and skills in detail, and a behavioral interview asking about your past team experiences.

Behavioral Technical

The whole process was pretty quick, wrapped up in two weeks and went super smoothly. First, there was a chat with HR where we went over the job details, what the role involves, pay, and benefits. After that, I had an interview with the Director of Technology for the St Louis business unit, which lasted about an hour. This second interview was pretty deep, with a lot of technical questions. They basically ramped up the difficulty based on my answers. They really wanted to gauge how much I understood about databases, OOP, and web development. He skipped the spring boot part since I hadn't used it before. Honestly, the interviewer was really chill and understanding about what I knew, and I actually learned quite a bit during the interview.
